You can bring down your costs by taking advantage of free clinics. You’ll either lower your premium directly or have fewer and cheaper co-payments to make this way. Such free clinics will cater for simple things like giving you with medical advice, blood pressure checks etc. Some communities provide such clinics and some may just be part of a group’s community service.
The first rule of negotiation is information! Know what the average loan originating costs are. Search loan brokers’ websites and ask for an offer for service. Get at least 3 offers before you decide who to begin with.
Third step is to consider availing insurance from the same insurance company where you have existing accounts. For instance, if your house is insured with a certain insurance company, you may want to check if they offer car insurance. If you have purchased insurance from several companies then you should consider sticking with a single company to get discounts. Companies usually award multi-surety services discounts to loyal customers.
Plan ahead. Before going to bed each night, check your calendar and to-do list. Lay your clothes out for the next day, and pack your lunch. Place your keys, purse, wallet, cell phone and workout bag in a designated area each night so that you won’t waste time running around looking for them in the morning.
If you do not own a house, or any other property that would otherwise require a judge to order the transfer of title when you pass away, then you probably do not need a trust.
